What HealthTrade is

HealthTrade publishes healthcare research data: FDA decisions and dates, clinical trial records, company filings and analyses built from them. Every record links to its source.

Not investment or medical advice

Nothing on HealthTrade is investment, legal or medical advice. Scores such as CT-VCA and DTx-VCA rate records against published rubrics; they are not probabilities of approval. Check every source before acting.

Your account

Keep your password private and turn on two-step sign-in. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete your account and download your data at any time from Account.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or republish HealthTrade data beyond your plan, and do not try to break into or overload the service. API keys are personal to their plan and subject to their daily limits.

Plans and payments

Paid plans renew until cancelled; prices are on the pricing page. MedVest tuition and AlphaDoc engagements have their own terms, shown before you pay or accept.

Third-party data

Records come from FDA, ClinicalTrials.gov, SEC EDGAR, PubMed and other public sources under their own licences, listed on About. HealthTrade does not guarantee they are complete or current.
